If you prefer to submit a paper request, click to download the formand place all the information in the IBPAC mail slot in the MPHS mail room. Please allow for a 2-week turnaround time.
If possible, all invoices (especially those for items greater than $250) should be paid directly to the vendor. This allows the IB Parent Board to file for reimbursement of sales taxes. Some vendors may exempt the sales tax if they are provided with our tax-exempt letter, email the Treasurer to request a copy.
