What is the IB Leadership Institute?
The IB Leadership Institute (IBLI) is a leadership development program for IB Juniors modeled after Leadership Charlotte. The program consists of 6 events (typically 2 hours on non SAT/ACT weekends) during the school year.
The overall program is planned and managed by a selected team of IB Seniors, that participated in the program the previous year. The student leaders work closely with two Advisors (from the IB Parent Board) that help oversee and support the Senior Leadership Team during the year.
Typical schedule of events:
All IB Juniors are invited to apply.
Submit the completed guidelines, application, waiver and tuition payment by the due date indicated on IBLI calendar.
Due to the cost associated with the program events, a tuition payment is expected along with the application.
